Longtime tuner Roush Performance has cranked out a number of performance parts and turnkey versions of Blue Oval models in recent months, including the 2021 Roush Bronco R Series kit and air induction system for the Ford Bronco, the 2022 Roush Ford Ranger, and the 2022 Roush Ford F-150, which was just revealed a couple of weeks ago. Now, on the heels of Ford Performance’s 2021 Ford F-150 supercharger kit that was revealed last November, a 2021 Ford F-150 Roush supercharger kit has launched as well.

The new 2021 Ford F-150 Roush supercharger kit is compatible with Ford’s 5.0L Coyote V8 and utilizes the tuner’s roots-type 2.65L TVS R2650 head unit with a newly designed billet aluminum viscous crankshaft damper and a set of uniquely designed spark plugs optimized for forced induction applications. The revised design uses twin four-lobe rotors twisted 170-degrees in place of the older Eaton unit that featured three lobes twisted 60-degrees to improve overall efficiency.

When coupled with Roush’s unique calibration that’s optimized for 93-octane fuel (though it will run on 91 as well), the supercharger kit extracts a whopping 305 additional horsepower from Ford’s Coyote V8, laying down 705 horsepower and 635 pound-feet of torque at the wheels.

Better yet, Roush spend a total of 900 hours perfecting its new supercharger kit on the dyno, ensuring that it runs flawlessly in temperatures as low as -20 degrees as well as extreme heat. The supercharger kit retains all of the F-150’s factory driving modes, comes with everything needed to install it, and includes a 3-year, 36,000-mile limited powertrain warranty so long as it’s installed by a Ford dealer or an Automotive Service Excellence-certified technician. The cost of all this goodness is $8,749.99, not including installation, of course.
