At Gary Crossley Ford, we are proud to be a part of the Ford family and bring you the latest in cutting-edge technology and design. That’s why we’re excited to announce the new optional carbon-fiber wheels from Carbon Revolution that will be featured on the 2024 Mustang Dark Horse.
We are thrilled to share the first look at these sleek 19-inch wheels, which are Ford’s first five-spoke, single-piece carbon-fiber rims. The collaboration between Ford and Carbon Revolution has resulted in a design that combines the classic five-spoke look with the convenience of lug nuts between the spokes. And, to ensure the wheels can handle the heat of the track, Carbon Revolution will be applying a ceramic and metal coating to the inside of the front rims.
Powerhouse
The 2024 Ford Mustang Dark Horse is set to be a powerhouse on the track, boasting Ford’s naturally aspirated 5.0-liter V8 engine that produces 500 horsepower and 418 pound-feet of torque. With upgraded internals, like strengthened camshafts and forged connecting rods, this vehicle is ready to perform. And, with a host of performance equipment, like a Torsen limited-slip differential, strut tower brace, upgrade dampers, and larger Brembo brakes, the Dark Horse is ready to tackle the toughest challenges.
Beautifully Unique
The exterior of the Dark Horse is not the only thing that’s been upgraded. The interior features unique touches like an anodized blue titanium shift ball for the six-speed manual transmission, anodized silver paddle shifters for the 10-speed automatic, and Bright Indigo Blue stitching on the dash, center console, gear shift boot, and center console. And, for those who want even more, the Dark Horse Appearance package adds Recaro seats.
Pricing
While the price of the Dark Horse has not been announced, we can’t wait for production to begin this summer and for this incredible vehicle to hit the roads. And, while the carbon-fiber wheels may not be available at launch, we know they will be worth the wait.
