Ford Maverick Hybrid

The Ford Maverick is not just a hit in showrooms, it’s also a favorite among critics. The practical and efficient model frequently makes appearances on Kelley Blue Book’s list of the most popular electrified vehicles and the 2023 Maverick recently received a recommendation from Consumer Reports. And now, Consumer Reports has named the Ford Maverick Hybrid one of the top 10 most satisfying vehicles.

To make this exclusive list, a vehicle must excel in Consumer Reports’ testing, reliability rankings, and owner satisfaction surveys. The list was created using the latest version of these owner surveys, and ranked by the percentage of owners who said they would buy the vehicle again.

The Ford Maverick Hybrid was awarded a satisfaction score of 88%, placing it in the third spot, behind the Chevy Corvette (94%) and Porsche 911 (90%). It tied with the Rivian R1T, Polestar 2, Subaru BRZ/Toyota 86, and Hyundai Ioniq 5, and outscored the Kia Telluride (87%), Toyota RAV4 Prime (87%), Mazda MX-5 Miata (87%), and Dodge Challenger (86%).

In specific categories, the Ford Maverick Hybrid earned a perfect score of five out of five for overall owner satisfaction, 86 for driving experience, 71 for comfort, 83 for value, and 95 for styling. Not only was it the highest-rated compact pickup in terms of owner satisfaction, but it also outperformed its major competitor, the Hyundai Santa Cruz, with an 80 to 64 score and beat out the larger Honda Ridgeline’s 76 overall scores. With these kinds of accolades, it’s clear that Ford has hit a home run with the Maverick Hybrid.
