I had two recalls on my 24 Ford Bronco. The service reps were very pleasant. They kept great communication during the process. The work was done professionally and promptly. They had me back on the road in no time.
Nice people to work with in service including; service advisor Ryan York, cashier Kayla Swindler, and rental coordinator Autumn Gilbert. Service fixed a noise complaint that I had for nearly 6 months and two other Ford dealers in town either couldn’t figure it out or told me it was “normal”. I’m very impressed by my interaction with Crossley service.
I wish I could give this place 1,000 stars! The employees all around were fantastic. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. I got a 2026 Ford Bronco Big Bend.

We would recommend Tyler to everyone. This guy knows Fords. He listened to what we were looking for in a pre-owned vehicle. He found one with all the features we wanted and it was Vapor Blue. Jason was our financial manager. He explained everything in simple details and even told us about specific benefits with each extra we purchased. We have purchased Fords before but Gary Crossley Ford made us feel like family.

Brian Miller was a very knowledgeable sales person about our new F450 that we just purchased. It took a couple of days to get a deal worked out but Brian kept in constant contact even after hours to answer all questions I had. When we arrived the truck had already been pulled, washed, detailed and fueled up. I highly recommend going to Crossley Ford and seeing Brian!

Ryan Brehm is no nonsense and gets the job done. I went in the dealership to test drive an Explorer at 9:15 a.m. and was a new owner of an 2026 Explorer xx and out the door at 12:15. He assumed, Daniel was excellent with the connectivity end of it. And of course Todd Gentry is great to work with too. It was an OUTSTANDING experience! I went for an oil change today and was taken care of with kindness from the start. When it came time to explain what they were doing, instead of calling my name to come up he came out to the lobby and sat beside me to explain. He then flagged my car down to make sure I could get right in and on my way home. A great experience today!

I purchased my car at Gary Crossley 3 years ago and the salesperson was friendly and I love my car. One of the “perks” is that you get free unlimited car washes if you buy a vehicle from here, however… in the 3 years that I’ve had my car, their car wash has been open maybe a handful of times. It is almost always broken, which is frustrating sometimes, so I recommend calling them beforehand to make sure it’s actually working. So just based on the car wash, I’m giving it 3 stars.
